SEMI FINAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:-Competitors dance style must be street dance.
-比赛的内容是以流行，健康街舞为主，否则作相应扣分或取消资格处理。
-Participants must use the theme set by the organizers to compose a dance.
-参赛者必须利用 主办单位所设定的主题来编舞。否则作相应扣分或取消资格处理。.
-For the Preliminaries, all contesting teams shall showcase their routine and be judged . In the Finals, every team will present their routine again. Of this, the top 4 teams will be decided and ranked. The best 4 teams will battle it out for the Grand prize and 2nd prize, and 3rd prize. Variations of routines are strongly encouraged.
-所有参赛者必须通过半决赛的考验。成功晋级下一圈的4个组别将争夺冠、亚、季军宝座。
-All choreography and costumes must be appropriate for age viewing. Strictly no body contact ie. Grinding on a partner, slapping the behind of another person, grabbing of breast or genitals, any vulgar / sexual body contact, obscene language, profanity or props are not allowed. Costumes should be well constructed and should not fall. Set pieces or stage props are not permitted and the use of any liquids, plastic guns, knives, powder, fire, cigarette or other tobacco, smoke, electricity and or animals are prohibited.
-所有的舞蹈和服装必须是适当的年龄观众观看。严禁身体接触，磨削合作伙伴，掌掴他人的后 面，语言淫秽。服装不得过分暴露，不得有反映暴力、色情、反动的内容，严禁不健康内容的图案、文字、饰物和道具，否则将被扣分或取消参赛资格。表演道具不 得与任何液体，塑料枪，刀，粉，火灾，香烟或其他烟草，烟雾，电器和动物是禁止的。
-Song can be in any language.

-Lyrics of the song should not contain any negative element.

-Dance steps should not be too sexy.
-严禁性感舞步。
-Each group is allowed to perform their routine for a maximum of 3 minutes. Competitors are advised to choose their best routines and strongest moves.
音乐连接过度完整，时间不得超过3分钟。
-A single music track for the routine performance (3 minutes ) must be recorded on a single CD and handed in to the Organizers by 12pm on 22th June 2010.
-参赛者请自备比赛音乐，音乐必须录制在CD音须在 2010年6月22日中午12点之前一起交上。
-The Semi Final judging will be done by a panel of 4 judges, all of whom are well known dancers. Criteria for judging will be based on choreography, originality, techniques, showmanship, costume, and teamwork and entertainment value.
-半决赛将会由 4名评判组成。他们依据编舞，创意，技巧，演技，服装，默契和娱乐效果评分。
-The Organizers and judges reserve the right to stop the performance and disqualify anyone on the grounds of undesirable conduct and/or appearance or should the act be detrimental to the Interact Club of PGS.
-主办单位和评判有权停止和取消参赛者破坏霹雳女中国际少年扶 轮社的形象的比赛资格。
-Participants who do not comply with the rules & regulations or have submitted. Inaccurate information will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer. No further correspondence will be entertained.
-参赛者不遵守规则和条例，或已提交不准确的信息将被取消资格的权力由主 办单位决定。没有进一步的信件将被受理。
-The decision of the judges and Organizers is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

-Prize(s) must be accepted as provided, not transferable or exchangeable for cash / other items and are subject to the terms and conditions by the Organizers. The Organizers reserve the right to substitute the items with that of equivalent value.

-The Organizers shall not be liable for any accident, injury or damage, mishap or loss of property that may arise during the competition.
